Availability
Flashpoint does not guarantee the availability of any product or service and reserves the right to decline products and services to prospective clients for any reason including but not limited to workload, staffing issues, inability to perform in a timely manner, and the nature of client request.
Payment
All clients must commit to a service agreement, and pay any applicable fees prior to the commencement of services.
Cancellation Policy
Flashpoint reserves the right to cancel any service agreement for any reason without prior notice, although every effort will be made to notify clients as soon as possible. In the event that a service agreement can no longer be honored, clients may choose an alternately available service package of equal or lesser value or receive a full refund.
Refund Policy
Fees are only refundable in cases where Flashpoint is unable to fulfill a service request. In these cases, refunds will be issued prior to the commencement of service. Completed drafts which meet the required word count are not eligible for refunds but can instead be rewritten to meet client needs. Please note that following a two week period where there is no correspondence between client and editor a project will be considered complete and that subsequent revisions may entail additional charges.
