Caltech Supplement Essays

If you want the rigor and prestige of an MIT education, but you want it in sunny California, Caltech might be the place for you. Ranked among the top ten universities in the country by U.S. News and World Report, Tech is home to some of the brightest students and hardest working faculty you're likely to find anywhere in the worlds of science and engineering. Although applicants generally boast top SAT scores, stellar GPAs, and impressive extracurricular resumes, less than 20% are likely to be accepted in any given year. So how do you stand out from the crowd?

The Caltech Supplement was designed to provide admissions officials with more information than they would likely glean from just the Common App.  In addition to a series of short answers, the heart of the Supplement is its required essay response.  This year's prompt harkens back to perennial Tech favorite Richard Feynman and asks applicants to reflect on their "interest, curiosity, or excitement about math, science or engineering" using Feyman's quote as a springboard to tell their own story.  If this sounds a little daunting, don't panic just yet.  We're here to help.

Flashpoint enables students to work individually with a top writer or editor to conceptualize, draft, and revise a perfect response to the Caltech supplemental essay requirement.  Regardless of whether you're in need of a minor polish or you can't quite figure out where to start, we offer a package designed to meet your needs and help you gain admission to Tech and other top universities.  We believe that we offer the best writing and editing services you will find anywhere.  In fact, we're so sure of it that we stand behind all of our work with a total satisfaction guarantee.  Your writer or editor will guide you step by step through the writing process and provide as many revisions as you feel are necessary.  We won't stop working until you tell us your statement is perfect.  At Flashpoint, we know the difference that self-expression can make and we pride ourselves in helping to create personal statements that change the way you are seen by admissions committees.
